Ok it seems like the MAJORITY likes the cupid comic strip... so I think i'll jus work on it n here it is redrawn... hopefully its better =) cos usually i cant replicate the art a second time...

Ok i think i know why the resolution is not as sharp... Before I print it out i saved the image in paint n stuff... can someone hele me with this problem?

Assignment 5: Love

The objective of this week is Color. Using colors to show your message. And the theme this week is "LOVE".

I embark on this week's assignment not wanting to use too much red or pink. I then thought of using 2 different colored papers to for a checkered weave with the words printed on it. However I think i made a mistake when weaving it or something so it didnt turn out as expected so i'll be using this week to improve on my work and hopefully it'll be better. This is my fav one of the two so I'll use this and work on it.

Ok since we are supposed to present 2 cards this week, I decided to draw a comic strip. However, when i scanned it, some of the lines were not visible and this caused me to paint the entire thing in PINK! haha i m not very skilled with photoshop or illustrator so i jus tried to edit it as much as possible and this is a glimpse of wat it should be.

I created one more but I heard from someone that it looked familiar, like maybe someone has seen the card some where before or something. Therefore i decided to not present it in class. But it basically meant that 'U make my love complete' or something like that. Anyways here is how it looked like... (the inside is supposed to hav a jigsaw piece but i didnt hav the time to draw it so i only have the outside)
